What to prepare before your first meeting with an architect

You do not need drawings for a first meeting. You need a clear picture of the site, the people and the limits. Here is what helps most.
Photos of the site or the house, from inside and outside.
A rough budget, even a range.
When you would like to move in or start building.
Who will live there and how a normal day looks.
A few images of places you like, and a few you do not.
With these, the first conversation can be about the house itself instead of the paperwork.
Sample post. Replace with the studio's own writing.
